Calling all cat lovers 🥰❤️

Stella is 2 years old and has come to us from a home. She wasn’t getting on with the older cat she lived with so her owner made the difficult decision to part with her. She’s struggling a LOT being at the rescue because all she wants is human company and affectionate. As soon as you go into her kennel, she jumps up onto your lap or your shoulder straight away and purrs like there’s no tomorrow. She is besotted with everyone she meets and she’s such a confident lady! Our hearts are all breaking for her because we can hear her meowing, calling out for us when nobody is with her, and it’s soul destroying. We are desperate to find a loving home for her as soon as possible so she can go back to receiving endless amounts of cuddles. She’ll need to be the only cat in her new home, but she can be homed with sensible children. Please, please, please don’t keep her waiting much longer 🥺💔

Another little girl who has come into our care this week. She is emaciated, was crawling in fleas and is showing signs that she has recently had a litter.
She was very matted and dirty, this pic is post bath.
Despite being neglected she is a very sweet girl. We’ve already got a forward plan for her and she can look forward to a happy future :)

This un-neutered male black and white cat was found straying in North Cornelly. He is not microchipped.

He is currently receiving treatment in our Bridgend hospital. Please call us directly on 01656 653 918 if he is yours.

We appreciate the kindness of our clients in offering homes but please note we do not re-home directly from the practice and all unclaimed strays are rehomed via local charities.

All across rescue we are experiencing this at an unmanageable rate and we’re quickly running out of time and options.
This Bully girl was found tied to some railings and ended up in a stray service.
We were contacted and we’ve managed to find her a safe and legal option just in the nick of time, but it’s becoming a serious struggle to find suitable and safe places for dogs like her.
Dogs like this are going to end up dead, it’s already happening across England.
If you own an XL please don’t dump them, they need their owners to stand by them, register and keep them, follow the guidance. It’s time for people to step up.
If you abandon them now in the majority of cases you will be signing a death warrant.
This girl got lucky.

"One king had ten wild dogs. When a servant made a mistake he threw it to the dogs to devour it.
So one of the oldest servants did something wrong. King ordered the dogs to throw it.
The servant said, "I served you for ten years, please give me ten days before you throw me to the dogs?" "The king granted it to himself."
In the prison the servant told the guard that he would like to serve the dogs for the next ten days.

The guard agreed and the servant could feed the dogs, clean the kennel and bathe them with all affection.

When the ten days were over, the king ordered that the servant be thrown to the dogs as punishment. When it was released, everyone was surprised to see only the rabid dogs licking the servant's feet!

The king, bewildered at what he saw, said:

"What happened to my dogs?" " "

The servant replied, "I served the dogs only for ten days and they did not forget my services. I have served you for ten years and you forgot my first mistake. "

The king realized his mistake and ordered the servant to be re-admitted to the post. "

Dedicated to all those who forget a beautiful word: "GRATITUDE". They forget the good things a person has done and when they make a mistake they condemn them.

The gratitude of animals is very different from that of some ungrateful humans.

This is my bro Peanut, he was my grandma's bodyguard for about 10 years,after she passed our family vultures were bout to drop him at the pound when I decided that I'd take him in.That was over 8 years ago and I've taken him all over the world and offshore several different oceans and seas.Hes not my dog hes my best friend.
