It's been a tough start to the year, since Dec I've had 5 clients get in touch with the worst news about their pets and my heart is aching for them all 💔

It's the worst part of my job, being a groomer for many years means I have seen your dogs grow from pups to oldies, I think as I see many of them every couple of months I probably notice the signs more than the owners sometimes, and to lose this many in such a short space of time has been hard. 😥

Happy New Year to all my lovely clients, I'm now back in the salon feeling rested. 😊
Just a reminder, if you have an appointment booked for January please check it NOW, please don't wait until you get your reminder text to ask to rearrange as there will be charges to pay.
I am pretty much fully booked for January but have the odd space here and there, I am also taking on a limited number of new clients from February so feel free to recommend your friends! (I am sadly no longer taking on Large breeds due to an ongoing shoulder issue)

December is here, and that can only mean one thing! Christmas appointments! 🎅🎅🎅
I am fully booked throughout December and into January now, so please make sure you are able to attend your appointment.

I will try to keep this short... just a few housekeeping notes....
🎁Please please be on time for your appointment, my days are full, and doggies arriving late and being collected late really affect the smooth running of my day and are unfair on the dogs coming in after you.
🎁 Please ensure your dogs have had a short walk and the opportunity to toilet before coming into the salon.
🎁 Traffic in Pencoed and parking in the carpark opposite may be very busy, there is a large carpark behind the welfare hall which is free and only a short walk to the salon through the flats, please allow a little extra time to get parked to avoid being late.
🎁 I still have some limited availability for Festive Spa Packages and I also have lots of treats for sale this year, so I'd be super grateful if, rather than going to the large corporate shops, you save your doggies Christmas present buying until you've seen what I have to offer, I think there is something for every fussy pooch! 😊
🎁 THANK YOU ALL so very much for supporting me and my business this year, I am excited to see you all over the next few weeks as we count down to seeing Santa Paws, let's go! 🐾 🎅
