Today we learnt of the sad passing of Charley. We've loved and taken care of him since he was just months old and was always a happy go lucky little man and he'll be much missed by us all, our deepest condolences to out to his lovely mum Ann at this awful time. Run free Charley over the rainbow bridge ♥️

Hi can I ask for a little flexibility with appointments over the next few weeks please, sadly my dad passed away on Thursday. Currently we have no date for his funeral so I may have to cancel appointments on the day we get allocated.

So sorry I've been slower than usual replying to messages and calls over the past few days my dad (who some of you have met) was taken into hospital Thursday evening and things have been a little manic since.

I'm slowly catching up 👍🏻

Well that's us done for another year. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your continued support this year thank you for supporting our small business♥️ We'll be taking a rest till the beginning of January and apologies for any messages I haven't gotten around to answering yet we've been very busy making sure all your fur babies look lovely for Father Christmas.

Huge thank you for all the gifts we've received this year especially considering the very challenging financial times we are currently in. To give anything is unexpected but greatly appreciated.
