The perfect treat for your pooch on hot summer days, a doggy ice lolly🍦🐶🍭
You can use kefir, Greek yoghurt or goats yoghurt for the base, add in any flavour bone broth, some seeds or fruits.
Before you freeze, you can also add either a frozen sardine or JR meat stick or natural chew/biscuit of some sort to make an edible lolly stick!
Freeze and then let the dogs enjoy!

Just about recovered from our time away at Crufts last week 💚
If you’ve never been, I’d honestly highly recommend it! The biggest dog show in the world, with every breed you can think of, and soooooooo much shopping!
The showcasing of all the different dog sports you can get into with your dogs is one of my favourite things, with agility, flyball, rally, obedience, and even hoopers demos this year.
I played the role of super groom this year for hubby and our dogs, Funky Duck & Copernicus. First time there for Funky competing, and Cop’s second year there.
It’s not an easy feat to qualify for crufts, we travel the country every year, competing against hundreds of other dogs in hope to qualify for the biggest British event in our agility calendar.
Kert got through to the final 6 with Funky for the Novice Cup, and he was the highest placed Welsh person in the Welsh KC Champ show, qualifying him & Cop to be the ones to represent Wales in the International Invitation 🏴
Just being there is a huge achievement in itself, but Kert & Cop smashed it in the international placing 3rd against all of the different countries in the event!! To say I’m a proud wife is an understatement! 😍
Now to start traveling the country again, trying to qualify for 2025 Crufts! 🏆
Happy V Day to our bestest friends, our 7 beautiful, loyal companions, who we couldn’t life without, and are just as much family as any human member 🐾❤️🐶
So pleased to say that I am now a stockist of the fabulous range of Doggy inspired natural soy candles from Thornbush Hill 🕯️🐶
Bring a small business owner myself, I try to support other local small businesses as much as I can, especially during these tough times, and even more so when it’s our besties amazing little company.
We’ve watch this company grown from day one, testing their first candles that were hand poured in a spare bedroom of their first home together, to a few years down the line when they opened their fabulous little shop in Cowbridge, where they make and sell all of their fabulous candles and self care products 💕
The brand new range of candles designed with Dog Lovers & Owners in mind, is inspired by 10 of the most loved breeds, including a ‘Rescue’ candle. With a little note, listing the breed traits that make us love the breeds as much as we do.
Hand poured with their beautifully scented Pomegranate & Vanilla blend (one of my faves) They make the perfect gift for all dog lovers alike, or as a shine to our best friend in a wonderful way to sit back, and take one small moment to remember your dearest pal.
These candles will be on sale with me for £15 each, and every purchase will receive a discount voucher to use on the rest of the amazing Thornbush Hill range, if you haven’t already tried their products, you are truly missing out.

We’re loving this beautiful weather at the moment! As a tasty treat for our dogs, we’ve made them some frozen treats using our trusty Pooch Hooch Bone Broth and a couple of other ingredients.
Kefir and Bone Broth host so many health benefits for your dogs, and you can add lots of different fruits, or pumpkin seeds.
Watch this video to see how we made them 🐩🐕
Couldn’t help but reach for the CleanAsChuck Hound shampoo bar today, when Mitzi the Beagle came in for her bath & blowdry 🧼
How could I not, when brand ambassador Beagles Baxter & Rufus recommend it so highly!! 🐶
Love the totally natural ingredients and fresh scent of The Hound shampoo bar, plus the sisal pouch it comes in helps to create a great lather, and between uses I can hang it up easily to dry until it’s next use.
With ingredients such as the Rosemary essential oil blend, it helps to repels bugs, ticks and fleas, but also has the most effective properties as a deodoriser for those stinky (and non stinky!!) pooches.
After several uses I’ve noticed this one doesn’t affect my skin or dry it out at all like some shampoos, which is a huge bonus, especially with having my hands in water bathing dogs most of the day 🛁
To order yours, pop over to the fabulous Thornbush Hill website, and why not check out their wonderful natural candle and wax melt range at the same time, to have your house smelling as good as your dogs 💕

We’re off to our first big dog agility competition since Crufts (March 2020!!!) this week. So excited to get back into it properly, after almost 18 months of just training (when we could, due to restrictions) and the odd show over the past 6 weeks.
We have the The CSJ Agility Open this week up in Leighton Buzzard, which will run from Thursday to Sunday. It’s a big competition, with qualifying spots up for grabs for the Welsh Agility Team 🏴
The caravan is all packed up, Osh is staying with WaWa (my mum 😍) and the 6 dogs (only 4 competing) are cwtched up in their big crates in the back of the van as hubby and I head off on the road trip.
It’s our 8 year wedding anniversary today too, and can’t think of anything we’d rather be doing than competing together at a big agility event with the dogs, plus lots of good food and most importantly, Gin, packed into the caravan to celebrate 🥰
Video attached off Kefira and myself competing last weekend up in Warwickshire 🐶
How was this a year ago!?
Crufts... my dream.. with my awesome girl Luna, representing Wales.
What a weekend that was! Watching the videos back still give me goosebumps and watery eyes, can’t believe this was the last time I competed and Luna is now turning 10 this week.
So sad that we didn’t get last year to compete, but so happy that we had Crufts, the best day ever 😍

The magic that is the deshedding rake.... Django having his deshedding before a bath & blowdry today.
These brushes really are the best, never found anything else to work as good on shorter haired breeds or long coated breeds alike.
