Matted coats

We are unable to brush out matted coats, we will brush or cut out the odd mat on the ear or tail but going forward dogs with matted legs, bodies, felted ears and tails will have to be shaved down, we will tell you there and then at the point of drop off and a matted form will need to be signed, there will also be extra costs added to the price of your regular groom.
