Hi everyone, we’ve been having some issues with our signal locally due to a problem with a mast. Some days seem to be better than others and just when we think it’s back to normal with calls coming through, it drops again which prevents you connecting to us. Unfortunately, as the call doesn’t connect we also don’t receive any missed calls at our end for us to return. It’s something which is apparently being worked on so we’re holding tight and hoping it gets fixed shortly.

Hi Everyone, you might have seen some information very recently over social media regarding a recall on certain dry cat food. For those that haven’t seen, there’s no need to panic as this is a precautionary measure but it is definitely worth reading through the list of foods that are being recalled and then temporarily (but immediately) switching to another brand that isn’t listed if you’re currently using one of the affected products.
Vets have recently seen a sudden rise in cases of Feline Pancytopopaenia and believe the link between these cases are certain dry cat foods. Pancytopaenia is a very nasty condition and is usually extremely rare so the sudden spike has given cause for concern. The Royal Veterinary College have worked very quickly with vets to try and determine the source and are recalling all of the dry cat food biscuits listed in the image below.

We had a lovely little trip out to Shrewsbury today to collect a donation tin from Shropshire Cat Rescue. The collection tin is now in our reception area for any of our very generous customers who wish to make a donation to this brilliant charity. We also got to say a quick hello to the gorgeous kitty cats they've currently got in their care who are available for adoption. 🐱

Millie and Mary occasionally like to have their own space, they have access to two rooms through a cat flap. As they’re both indoor cats we leave the cat flap open so they can pass through easily 🐱
