๐Ÿš—๐Ÿš—CUSTOMER CAR PARKING๐Ÿš™๐Ÿš™

We appreciate that like many businesses in High Town we arenโ€™t blessed with lots of parking spaces and that sometimes our car park can be busy. We would however ask clients to be aware that we share the car park with other businesses and therefore please only park in Bridgnorth Veterinary Centre allocated spaces.
Thank you to our lovely clients for your understanding.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Fireworks season is approaching๐Ÿ’ฅ We at Bridgnorth Vets think itโ€™s important to make sure your pets are safe and relaxed during the firework season, here are a few things you can do to make sure your pets are safe and happy!

๐Ÿ’œProvide a quiet place - Prepare a place for your pets such as a quiet room, pet corner or crate to help them feel secure
๐Ÿ’œ Keep pets indoors - Donโ€™t bring your pets outside during the fireworks! Loud POPS and BOOMS! Could easily startle your pet and cause them to run away!
๐Ÿ’œ Give them distractions - Treat toys, such as kongs filled with their favourite food may help keep their minds busy and distract them from the fireworks
๐Ÿ’œ Walk your pet earlier in the day - Some pets may be frightened to go out once fireworks start so walking them earlier is a good way to tire them so they rest well at night ๐Ÿ’ค
๐Ÿ’œUse calming sprays and supplements - There is a large array of different things out there to help pets cope in stressful situations. Calming sprays and diffusers produce a scent which helps create a more relaxing environment for your dog and cat. similarly, natural supplements and remedies can help to make them feel more at ease.
๐Ÿ’œ Microchip and ID your pets - Your pets should always have proper ID tags with up to date contact information. Make sure your pets are microchipped and their details are up to date! ๐Ÿพ

If you have any concerns or questions during this stressful time and would advice on whatโ€™s best for your pet and information on the calming products we provide please feel free to call the surgery and a member of the team will be happy to help Please call ๐Ÿ“ž 01746 711561

Good morning!
Please be aware we may have a few technical issues first thing this morning! We are having a new electricity meter fitted...they assure us the power will be back on by 9am...but just in case! As nowadays everything is so reliant on internet and electricity we will be without phones or computers until it is done...please bear with us.
We should still be able to work with emails!

๐Ÿšจ Parvo Alert: Increase in Cases ๐Ÿšจ

Weโ€™ve recently seen a rise in parvovirus cases in our area. This has also been confirmed by other veterinary practices. Parvo is a highly contagious and potentially deadly virus that affects dogs, especially puppies and unvaccinated pets.
The best way to protect your dog is through up-to-date vaccinations. ๐Ÿ’‰

If youโ€™re unsure whether your dog is fully vaccinated or due for a booster, give us a call today! ๐Ÿ“ž 01746 711561
Our team is here to help check your petโ€™s vaccination status and schedule an appointment if needed. You can also book via PetsApp or our website. Letโ€™s work together to keep your dogs safe and healthy. ๐Ÿถ

๐ŸพRemember annual booster vaccinations are covered for dogs on our Pet Health Plan โ˜บ๏ธ
