We have now had to close our doors to any more dogs :( We have been struggling for months to find kennel spaces for dogs to come in but at least we have had dogs being rehomed so we have managed to help some doggies although very slowly. However we are now full with so many of our dogs getting little interest or none at all or an odd application that just hasn't been suitable. We have had some dogs returned and have 30 plus dogs on our waiting list to come in so we are now stuck :( Some dogs have been here for what seems like an eternity and it is just heartbreaking to see them day in and day out.
So please keep sharing our pups, it just needs that 1 application to change their lives and give them a chance 🤩

Meet Finnegan, a resilient and charming Shar Pei who has captured the hearts of all the staff here. Finnegan’s journey hasn’t been easy; he arrived underweight, with fur loss, and sore skin.Finnegan still has some steps left on his journey to optimal health. He’s on the road to gaining weight and regrowing his fur, but he’s still looking for a special someone who will continue to support him along the way. Despite his past struggles, Finnegan remains a calm and gentle soul, eager to shower his new family with love and affection.In our care Finnegan is a bit of a foodie! He’s greedy with treats but takes them gently showcasing his polite demeanor.He’s a smart boy who knows basic commands like sit and give paw.
He’s eager to learn and please his humans .
Finnegan is friendly with other dogs he’s met at the centre.
While he could possibly live with other dogs, we recommend feeding them individually.
Finnegan has a soft spot for soft toys! He’s obsessed with them and might be reluctant to swap them for other toys, but he’s willing to negotiate for treats.Finnegan would thrive in a loving home where he can continue his journey of recovery and growth.
