Paws Outdoors, Bridgwater Dog Walking Services I went on to rescue and rehabilitate wild seals at a seal sanctuary in Lincolnshire and train sealions at a zoological park in North Devon.

I grew up in Surrey and moved away when I was nineteen to go to De Montfort University in Lincolnshire, graduating in 2002 with a BSc (Honours) First Class degree in Animal Science (Behaviour). In my late twenties I swapped my animal career for a career in finance, ending up in Bridgwater working as a Management Accountant for EDF Energy for over ten years. Another decade on and another life chang

ing decision - to step away from the rat race and focus on job satisfaction (full circle really!) - and so I set up my own dog walking business, Paws Outdoors, in 2021. I have even been back to college to complete an Introduction to Canine Behaviour course and a Canine First Aid course. Over a year on and it's the best decision I ever made - spending my days with our amazing Staffordshire Bull Terrier Hugo and all of the wonderful dogs that are now part of the Paws Outdoors family. I cannot help but smile when I watch them running and playing in the fields and streams in and around our wonderful town. Thank you to all my wonderful clients and their dogs for making Paws Outdoors what it is today and to my amazing friends and family for giving me the courage to follow my dreams :)

K9 rec is 100% secure - the field in question is a recently opened field in North Newton and I believe the required upgrades are imminent 🐾

We have been made aware of posts about a secure field which backs on to the M5 not being secure.
We have been asked if it is K9.
We want to assure all our customers this isn’t our field and K9 continues to provide a safe and secure space for you and your pups.

One final walk in the morning and then it’s officially Christmas at Paws Outdoors HQ 🎄🐾

WIND DOWN WOODS

Due to multiple wind blown trees across tracks at Wind Down following storm Darragh, we are now unable to open the woodland up before Christmas. We endeavour to get it open again in the new year.

Great Wood is currently closed due to the amber weather warning.

Please do not visit the forest in high winds. Stay home, stay safe, the forest will be here another day.

We hope to re-open the site on Tuesday after we have completed safety checks.
