Friends of Tip-Top - I just want to draw your attention to the planning application for a 146 acre solar farm at Nythe Road. It will be on land just a field away from us at Tip-Top. Renewable energy is good - losing this huge area of beautiful levels pasture land with its incredible wildlife is not. www.soslevels.co.uk please help by going to the planning portal and add your objection - we only have this week before it closes.

We have had a few spaces come up in one of our existing Rally Obedience classes.
This class runs on Tuesday Mornings from 10:30 until 11:30
Although this is an existing class all levels and breeds are welcome.
We cover all level’s of Rally Obedience working through courses and breaking exercises down.
If a complete beginner we offer 121s to get you started.

It's a sad day at Tip-Top. Nicholas was put to sleep with the kindness and love he deserved. Already missing that "gobble gobble" when you were trying to have a conversation. The video was taken whilst he stayed safe in the stables until Xmas was long gone.

Wow Colin! Thought I'd share this, as it's an amazing insight into just how much physical effort and control is required to dribble a football at Colins level of expertise. Whether you're interested in canine anatomy or just marvel at their skills - I hope you enjoy.

This is Sam, a 21 month old GSD desperate for a loving, knowledgeable home. He is currently staying with Chris at Tip-Top as he had no-where else to go, and options were running out. This is a lovely boy and has a lot of love to offer, but he's had a bad time recently, so his next caregiver will need a good understanding of the breed and be prepared to help him adjust to a new situation. Sam enjoys training, and is super quick at learning new things, Adult home only - please share with anyone that may be able to help. pm or call for more information.

Just had to post this photo of Jason taking a stroll round the field today. Taken into Tip-Top rescue as a stray in Jan 2010, and aged by the vet as "middle aged". Obviously he must have been younger, but the minimum age he could be now is 15 .....he stayed with us because he was too frightened of life to leave - well done Jason you're amazing! 😍

Did you know Tip Top is a member of the CHA (Canine hydrotherapy association) this means we follow rules and guide lines that help to keep your dog and us safe when in our care. As qualified hydrotherapists we undertake many hours of CPD, provide regular water tests and undertake regular pet first aid training to allow us to treat your dog.
