Sadly as we are getting busier we are finding more and more customers are arriving at random times to collect their pets. We have strict opening times and do viewings by appointment. We ask everyone to respect our times. The times are readily available on Facebook, our website, our business cards, answerphone and gate. We also discuss and confirm them at booking and drop off. As of now there can be no exceptions . Just because we live onsite it does not mean we are available 24/7.

Mon-Sat 9-11 and 4.30-5.30
Sun and bank hols 9-11 only

With transport links in chaos and major cancellations across the country we want to take this opportunity to respectfully remind you of our cancellation policy. As a small business every booking counts and every loss hits hard.
Sadly we are seeing a growing trend in customers not abiding by terms and conditions and if it continues we will be forced to change our booking policy so a 50% non refundable is due at time of booking and 100% payment is made 7 days before arrival. It's something we have tried to avoid but it's at the point where we cannot afford to continue as we are.

Cancellation policy-

30-7 days notice 50% of total booking due
Less that 7 days notice 100% of total booking due
