Meet Mr. Bojangles! 🐶
This 10-month-old mixed breed cutie recently had an incident at the beach while chasing his ball and is suspected of having patella luxation. Despite this, Mr. Bojangles is full of energy and charm!
His owner decided to conservatively manage his condition rather than putting him through surgery, and we’re happy to report that his first session with Michelle went brilliantly! 🌟 Mr. Bojangles will be visiting us weekly for therapy and regular check-ups with Rayana to monitor his progress.
We’re so proud of how well he’s doing and look forward to helping him stay happy and comfortable. 🐕💪 Send him some love in the comments! 💜

Meet Sven 🐶
He came in for his hydrotherapy session, but couldn't resist showing off some of his amazing tricks! 🐾
Check it out! Sven can answer 'yes' and 'no,' and even pretends to be shy—though we all know he's anything but! Isn't he just incredible? We absolutely love his visits to our practice, and he never fails to bring big smiles to our faces!

This week, our vet Caitlin Marshall performed a delicate procedure on a brave English Springer Spaniel who had a piece of wood lodged in her throat, causing significant discomfort and swelling around her eye.
After a thorough examination and sedation, Caitlin successfully removed the stick, bringing much-needed relief to our furry friend. The eye swelling has since reduced, and she is now on the path to recovery with antibiotics and pain relief.
We advise all pet owners to exercise caution when walking dogs through wooded areas, especially those who love chewing and playing with sticks, or who enjoy exploring the undergrowth.
We are incredibly proud of our team and the exceptional care we provide to all our patients. Thankfully, this brave little girl is on track to make a full recovery. 💜🐾

Hazel, our lovely patient, experienced a sudden onset of sneezing and was brought to our Bridlington practice for an emergency consultation in the afternoon.
To remove the grass blade from her nose, Hazel was sedated for the procedure, and she handled it wonderfully!
If a grass blade is left in the nose, it can cause infection and inflammation.
Therefore, if you have any concerns about your pet, get in touch with your vet immediately.
We swapped our scrubs for swimming caps and googles for Macmillan Cancer Support 🏊
Yesterday, our team completed 1626 lengths of a 25m pool - our journey from Dover to Calais. We actually (somehow!) completed 300 more lengths than needed, but that's ok, as it's all in the name of fundraising!
We're so proud of all of our team who decided to give up their free time on a weekend to help us make this achievement possible! We also wanted to say a massive thank you to East Riding Leisure for allowing us to have a lane for the day.
Next up, we'll be walking or running the 181-mile distance individually from Calais to Paris, to get us there in time for the opening ceremony on the 27th July!
