Sunny is feeling fresh after his groom today 🥰🌞🐶
‼️ ALERT‼️
Tic season is upon us so I’d highly recommend that you check your dogs after being out on a walk. I took off 15/20 ticks off one dog this morning. Look at the size of this monster!
Tick bites can carry diseases, so it's important to remove them straight away. When removing a tick, make sure not you don't squeeze the tick's body or leave the head in. If you squeeze its body or leave the head in, this can push blood back into your pet, which will increase the chance of them getting a disease. 🦠

Today was an achievement 😃
Lazlo moved to the area over a year ago and has been coming to me on a regular basis. However he isn’t a fan of the groomers at all.
Today he allowed me to brush / comb through his coat, scissor his furnishings and tidy hygiene area all with out any climbing over the bars, trying to bite me, growl, sit down or resist at all. In fact he took everything in his stride.
His owners are so lovely and appreciate any work that he will be allowed to be done without any expectations. Lazlo will tolerate being faffed with for so long but soon lets you know once’s he’s had enough 😂
Sometimes it’s not easy working with a moving target that doesn’t want to be there, so when we make progress and take baby steps the outcome is so rewarding 🐶
Between the Christmas markets and grooming my 2 dogs have been neglected, so today they got the full works.
My little apprentice Maisie bathed Tilly for me. She will be taking bookings in the next couple of months 😆🐾🐶
Bobbie and May from The Station Kitchen came in for their bath and and blow dry today! What a beautiful pair, if you haven’t already been down to the Station kitchen for a meal, why don’t you give it a try. Beautiful food, amazing dining experience in the Railway carriage and the best customer service. 🚂🚞🐶🛁🫧
💕💕So today after I finished my grooms I took my 2 out for a walk. My old boy Lenny is deaf - (hence the lead) has a large heart murmur and has been struggling whilst out walking, I’ve had to drag him along. When we went for our check last week to the vets he’s put him on a new medication to help him, this is the first time in ages he’s been up front the whole way and enjoyed his walk. It was so beautiful to see 💕💕
So yesterday I had this beautiful Airedale x Lab puppy, who came in for a bath, blow dry and nail clip. This was his first time ever in a grooming environment, slightly unsure of the dryer but with plenty of reassurance and praise he took everything in his stride! As you can see he’s not fighting to escape or trying to jump of the table, just sat their allowing to be dried after his bath 🧼 🫧
I’ve fallen in love with this breed and would of taken him home if I was aloud 🐾🐶💕
Puppy introductions don’t just mean being bathed and brushed on the table, it means them having play time on the floor along with a little puppy peanut butter (with owners consent) 🐶💕 meet the lovely Wren 💕🐶
I had Bailey on the table today, as you can see he was very chilled and loving his blow dry. 🐶🫧🧽🛁
Today I had Little Miss Lily in for her puppy induction groom with me. Lily is only 15 weeks so her first time in this environment. Lily had a brush, bath, blow dry and even allowed me to clip her nails and tidy her face slightly.
Along with the groom Lily enjoyed some doggy peanut butter and free time to roam around the room, smelling all the smells and having a play. Her first groom was an enjoyable one and left a happy puppy 🐶
