😤🚫 NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS 🚫😤

There is nothing more damaging (or frustrating!) to a self employed person than people who don’t show up for their appointment, or people who cancel at the very last minute.

When we book your dogs in for their appointments, they are booked in for a time slot of anywhere between 1 and 3 hours depending on their breed, if you don’t bring your dog to their appointment, we cannot fill that time meaning that we’re not only sitting around twiddling our thumbs (feeling VERY cross!), we’re also NOT EARNING.

The average groomer loses somewhere between £100-£400 per month in no shows and late cancellations. PER MONTH!! 😱

Imagine having that amount of money taken out of your wages each month and think about how that would affect you. It’s a huge loss!

Despite how it may appear and as much as we adore our job, we are not here to play with your dogs all day, we are here to earn a living and we can only do that if you bring your dogs to their appointments.

I am now starting to charge for no shows and cancellations less then 24 hours notice, the fee will be the full price of the groom and I really hope this helps to explain why it is so necessary.

Evening everyone! Really sorry but going to have to close the salon tomorrow, our nan is really poorly and we need to be by her side. Absolutely hate letting everyone down and having to cancel but family comes first. 🐾❤️

Happy 1st December 🎉🎄🎅. We are fully booked for December and have an ever growing cancellation list so can we ask everyone that if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to give us 48hrs notice so we can contact those on the cancellation list. If everyone could be on time for their appointments, any later than 15 minutes may result in cancelling the appointment and still be charged.
