Today is the last day our practice will be open for any medication collections. Myself and Amy would like to thank all our amazing clients for your support and well wishes over the past couple of weeks on announcement of our closure. You have made a difficult process that much easier , we are going to miss treating all your fur babies so much. Our phone line will stay open and will be transferred to our coseley branch for any orders or enquiries you have. Once again thank you !

***IMPORTANT***
With the news of our closure on 25th July, We are likely to experience a higher than normal volume of calls this morning and over the next week. Please be assured our nurses will answer as many queries as possible but it may take longer to answer than usual.
Please only press option 1 if you have a genuine emergency as this line is reserved for clients with extremely poorly pets only.
If you are phoning to order medication or food it will be quicker to press option 2 where you will be able to leave a voicemail with your name, pets name first line of address and what you would like to order. This will generate an email directly to us so we can order this for you.
If you are waiting longer than usual when pressing option 3 you can also email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please be advised we have a vet on site up until 22nd July however we are closed on 19th July.
Should you require an appointment and email us please put APPOINTMENT as the subject so we can prioritise this. Please put the day you would like and morning, afternoon or evening appointment. We will then contact you to confirm.
You can also email us to register at another practice and we can organize for this too.
We understand this is a difficult time and will do everything we can to assist you and your pets during this transition. We would also like to thank you for your patience and continued support.

The handsome Benji came to visit the practice today for a routine castration. This is a day procedure that can be done from around 5 months of age. Cat charities are overwhelmed this year with abandoned and stray cats and kittens. When taking on the responsibility of being a cat owner do your part and get them neutered ! 🐱
