Morning all just a little bit of good news
(Bit of a long one)
So Mr H himself hasn’t been himself since before Christmas
He sleeps in my bedroom and hes been severely lip licking and gulping
As a mom iv been very worried
Mr H (Harley) is a very sensitive sole so iv been thinking anxiety, pain, even small seizures, as you all know i read and study alot however hes my boy i was scared to read🙈
I called the vets and our vets a very good vet and always very busy and i actually got an appointment for today (dont worry id have soon had him in if id have beed really worried)
When i got to the vets today my vet was poorly and i was a little upset as i like to see her anyway i saw a gentleman vet
He examined Mr H very thoroughly and as you all know i was talking his head off lol
So he asked why Mr H was as there
I said well up until yesterday i was thinking all of the above ⬆️
But yesterday i had a light bulb moment and i think i know what it is but your the vet i said you tell me
Hes still examining Mr H
And all of a sudden he stood back and asked what my diagnosis was lol
REFLUX i said 10 out of 10 he said
He had exactly the same thoughts after everything id explained
But the nicest thing was what he said next
He said he would love to use Mr H as an example of a fine specimen of a 13 year old cocker
He said he was amazing and wished all his patients were in the same condition
Of cause he asked what i fed him and of cause i said RAW ( i shout it from the roof tops when ever i can)
He said well Angela please please keep doing whatever it is your doing😀
Of cause going forward no medication is needed i will be doing an elimination diet and giving Harley a tiny bit of food before bed
How wonderful to get this feed back from a vet im one happy Mommy❤️💙
