Biscuit has spent 12 fabulous years ruling the house. He’s officially in his golden grump years now, but don’t let the scruffy face fool you – he’s still got the energy to boss us all around like he’s 2! His hobbies include giving epic side-eyes and pretending he’s starving 24/7. He may be small, but his attitude is large and in charge!

🌟🐾 Gentle Grooming Wins the Day! 🐾🌟

Today, I groomed one of my lovely regulars—a sweet Bichon Frise who isn’t the biggest fan of being pampered. Grooming has always been a bit of a challenge for him, but we tried something new today: a gentle bath, towel dry, and clipping while he was still damp, no noisy drier which stresses him out.

✨ What a difference it made! ✨

No, he won’t be taking home any trophies from a grooming competition, but that’s not what matters. The most important thing is keeping him clean, tidy, knot-free, and—most importantly—comfortable and calm.

It’s all about working within his tolerance levels and making the experience as stress-free as possible. 💕 Seeing him happy and less anxious makes it all worthwhile.

Meet these two adorable Shih Tzu brothers! 🐾 Over the past 12 months, I’ve had the pleasure of grooming them in the comfort of their own home. They’re definitely not fans of having their faces styled, but today we’ve finally made some progress! 🙌
