Brighouse Dog Field is available to hire privately, each booking ensuring exclusive use for up to 6 dogs. The field is approximately ½ an acre (plenty of room to extend in the future), with 2-meter-high fencing. There is parking for 2 vehicles onsite with additional parking available nearby.

Please wear suitable footwear and bring a towel for your Dogs 🐕 as the field is muddy in parts however it's muddy everywhere too at this time of year.

There is straw in the gazebo too which has been loved by all the dogs, rolling, and running through it ❤️

LetsBook the Field Sessions are for 45 minutes with a 15 minute buffer between bookings. This is especially important for nervous or reactive dogs. The 15 minute buffer negates the risk of any unwanted face-to-face meetings between dogs, keeping everyone safe. There is ample parking however, please....

I actually took this yesterday with the intention of posting last night, thought this would allow people to see the field from this angle rather than just the odd picture 😁 So I know it's Saturday now 😆 but you get the message 🤭

It was always the plan to replace the current fencing at Brighouse Dog Field, in fact the new stock fencing is booked in for March! However, the recent high winds against the privacy screening have loosed a section of fencing. Although there isn’t any space a dog could escape through and the damaged area leads onto another fully enclosed area, I cannot safely say the dog field is secure. I will keep bookings open for now but do be prepared for your request to be declined whilst repairs are made. I would also like to take this opportunity to ask if there are any customers who can help with maintenance in exchange for free sessions at Brighouse Dog Field? Ideally trades people or competent DIY’ers who can help with fencing, shelters, constructing equipment for dogs to climb and explore. But also morning (8am) and evening (4pm/7pm) field checks, including picking up any rouge poo’s/rubbish, checking the fencing, topping up the water. Please get in touch if this is something you would be interested in 😊

The is a free event, our lovely regular Kelly and the birthday girl Iris would love for some friendly Staffies to joint in the birthday fun at Brighouse Dog Field. Please get in touch if you would like to attend!
