😬 February is Pet Dental Health Month! 😬

I don’t mean to get all serious on you, but did you know that over 80% of dogs over the age of three have active dental disease?

Yep, this is an important reminder to all pet owners to look after their pet’s dental health. 🐶🐱

So get those toothbrushes and pet toothpaste out, and start brushing!

There are also dental chews and treats you can offer. Or if your pet’s teeth are already showing signs of plaque, tartar or gum disease, do get advice from your vet.

Giving your pet’s teeth some TLC will ensure they have a happier and healthier life. 💖

🐶 Today is Change A Pet’s Life Day! 💕

Our pets bring us an abundance of joy and happiness in our lives. But there are many animals around the world in need of love and support.

This awareness day exists to help us recognise the many animals that are desperate for a new home in animal shelters.

But we can do something about it right now.

You can change a pet’s life today by either adopting, sponsoring or fostering a pet in need.

And of course you could donate to your local rescue or volunteer your time too. Every little helps! 💖

So do check out your local animal shelter if you’re keen to help out. We can all make a difference in this world. ✨

This is the perfect time for us to get out and about with our furry friends and walk off some of that lingering festive food weight. 🙈

This awareness month exists to highlight the many health benefits of walking for both us and our dogs. It really can help swat away the January blues and improve our overall well being.

So if there’s one thing you commit to this month as your New Year’s Resolution, make it a daily dog walk!

No matter how you spend your Christmas this year, it’s always important to think about the comfort of our pets. 🐾
Christmas is a super busy time of the year.
And while it’s important you keep your own sanity in check, it can be a stressful time for our pets.
So if you are planning on having guests around to enjoy the festivities, do ensure your pets have a quiet place to retreat to.
Set your dog up with a safe, comfortable space away from all the hustle and bustle. A comfy bed in a quite room will do the trick! 🙌
Make sure their drinking water is away from the main party so they can hydrate in peace.
And while you might be busy playing host. Do ensure you check in with them throughout the day and give them some quality time with their favourite person. 💖
