I have been operating now for over 8 years! Being a solo, one on one groomer creates a much more relaxed atmosphere for your dog, meaning those that are more nervous seem to feel a bit happier about the whole process! I always put WELFARE first so I will adapt grooms as I see fit! No matter what!

How bad I am at uploading my grooms this was posies first big girl groom she’s now on about number 6 and is shorter but i found it and it’s too cute not share 😍

Hi all 😊
Most will know my not so little boy has just started school! 🥺
My morning appointments will now be slightly later to allow me to get back form the school run in time as we will be walking there and back which in theory is a 5 minute walk but with two toddler … 🤣
So I’d rather be safe and move the time slightly! I am also making the decision to NOT work in some of the school holidays this is due to family time and that is it! Most also know my husband works away 4 sometimes 5 days a week overnight and also goes away intermittently with the army a lot of weekends he isn’t home due to this and now roman is at school their time together is going to be extremely limited 😩
Christmas holidays will still be a go and some of the summer holidays and of course if it interferes with grooms too much I will of course fit them in so please DONT PANIC it just means I will squeeze more dogs into a day I am working if needs be or maybe just work a morning/afternoon 😊

Hi all!
After supposedly having romans operation today but it being cancelled as we arrived 😡😩😭 I’m having to rearrange a lot of upcoming grooms which I can only apologise for! His op has been re booked as it was their fault very quickly and I took it as we want it done begore he starts school In September! He then needs a hearing aid review done which again I’ve had to take the soonest app given to make sure he is receiving the sound he needs! Because of all this I’ve then had to rearrange my own hospital appointment which I’m waiting to hear about 😩 sorry for any inconvenience if you are affected you will hear from me ASAP most have been contacted but I won’t know about my personal appointments until they get back to me!

Hi all!
Obviously the weather is very hot atm I’m trying my best to get dogs in early to avoid the hotter parts of the day although I know this isn’t always possible, my rooms very hot please try to avoid long walks before a groom so they aren’t coming in already tired/hot! Just a quick wee in my garden is fine please don’t feel they can’t 🤣
I’ve also been suffering some worrying health problems (heart) and it makes me get into a bit of a state so if I’m having a bad day and feel like I won’t be able to cope please understand if I postpone a groom!

Hi all!
Not a very happy post I’m afraid but the inevitable is happening… something I HATE to do but my family finances are really struggling with most the burden falling on steve what I supporting I am just not covering anymore so he is taking on a lot of that strain too…
I am going to have to have a PRICE INCREASE it’s not something I do often and massively underpricing myself (something my college didn’t really go into) form the get go is really taking it’s toll’ I would never increase prices as much as realistically I need to BUT I will be doing it as of APRIL 1st
Please ask me what your increase will be at your next groom (if your dog isn’t due before April 1st I will text you) but it will not be more than £2. I hope to see you all still but understand if you want to look elsewhere and I do apologise but please remember the cost of living affects me just as much as anyone else! and I would hate to have to close down to find a job that pays better 😩😞 thanks for your continued support!

Had this gorgeous little bean come for a puppy groom today 😍 she was so good! Cockerpoos are known to be very scared and hate grooming so we made sure to get this one in asap! With homework beforehand 😂 lots of feet and face touching with plenty of handling and of course brushing at home honestly makes the world of difference! And these intro sessions although it’s a very subtle groom, it’s more about getting them used to the grooming environment and helping them be less fearful making them happier and therefore owner happier as they are more likely going to get the groom they want!

I just want to take this moment to thank you all for the continued support over these tough Financial Times ❤️ I know how hard it is but you’ve all stuck with me and that means the world as without you there would be no trotters! Thankyou for you generosity and loyalty not only through this but also all through the covid situation as well now go and enjoy your time with your family and friends and I’ll see a few after Xmas and the rest in the new year! And I hope those going through tougher times get some peace and a break and some joy over this period as well x 🎄🥰

Hi all!
Just a early heads up! I will post again as a reminder after the festivities.

As of 9th jan I am finally starting my bsl level 2! It was meant to start a while ago but things got changed and a sick teacher means it got held up for the foreseeable! I have very recently been given a start date it will be 9th jan every Monday for an hour at 11.30, those already booked for January I will
Probably have to adjust your timings for after my lesson, I apologise in advance and going forwards I will ensure no grooms are booked in that time frame (except when it’s school
Holidays) I hope you can understand and appreciate that this is something I not only have to do but want to and it won’t last forever 🥰 but for this my little man comes first ❤️

I can’t believe I’m saying this already but please remember I’m
Only part time and Christmas is coming! I have bookings being made for December already so make sure to let me know if you want DECEMBER appointments booked at your next groom so they don’t miss out 🐶🐩 due to this for now I will NOT be taking in any new clients for the time being I had a couple of openings but if you are not a regular customer they take ALL priority 🥰

Hi all!
I havnt yet had to do this as my work has luckily fallen on days where it was cooler BUT we seem to be in for some high heat again if it gets to the temperatures it has been (yesterday and today) I WILL NOT BE GROOMING
this is because not only is it not FAIR on your dog. But also my groom room gets hot in the coldest of weather so imagine that plus the high heat with no breeze plus blow driers going …. It is potentially dangerous not just for the dogs but for myself aswell (if something happened to me mid groom and your dog is on the table or I have scissors/clippers in the wrong place accidents can occur) you may feel this is being over the top but WELFARE of my clients had and always will come first it is nothing to do with being lazy/putting off grooms as you all know I hardly ever cancel and always do my best to fit people in but I will
Not put doggies in danger ❤️

It happened! We made the wedding it was beautiful and everything we wanted and more! Had so much fun and laughter!
I am currently off on a mini moon so will be closed for any messages or phone calls m! Answers will be delayed for reading until Saturday

NOTICE:
some may know others not but I FINALLY getting married in May! We are then immediately going on a mini-moon for a week! It’s also Hatties 1st birthday 2 days before we get married 🙄😂 so there may be a bit of interruption to your usual grooming schedules! I can o my apologise for this but will still be able to groom your doggies of course just May have to come in a little late or earlier for those it affects! Thanks

Hi everyone! I was wondering if I could get your amazing help AGAIN!! A friend has asked if I can help their friend find a home due to unfortunate and unforeseen family circumstances (they are really upset to be doing this but think it’s kinder on the dog as the circumstances aren’t changing any time soon) it’s for a permanent home for this older lady ❤️ as always if I could take her myself I would bust currently my circumstances don’t allow it!

Her name is Millie. She is a Collie x Terrier. She’s got a good temperament, has lived well with another dog before, and a cat and has been around kids too! Gets on well with them all. She’s a bit whiney/yappy when she’s at home, but it’s mainly down to boredom they think. She’s fully house trained, loves attention and exercise and can be anxious with unknown or loud noises like wheelie bins banging and things like that. Her recall isn’t great. She does currently (and has since she was with them) slept on their bed so needs lots of attention and cuddles. I’ll send some pics over now xx

I’ve had a emergency appointment come up for my little lad to have an operation on Tuesday!
It means I have to isolate from Friday onwards!
