we take in ferrets around nottingham UK and the surrounding areas. we aim to rehabilitate and rehome where possible. however sometimes this isnt possible so we offer a forever home to those who need a little extra care. Look at Hagen, the polecat who was straying with old man. He's got lots of friends, he had a castrate and is a wopping 1.56kg.

He was as flat as a pancake when he came in with a body condition score of 1, he is now ideal weight and bcs of 5.

He also isnt as fearful of us, which is lovely to see ❤️

An update on the "poley" who was straying with old man.

He officially has a name, so welcome Hagen. He has also joined the "wildies group" for now (they will be going into their big enclosure shortly).

Hes appears to be more of a hybrid with a wild temperament (weather one of his parents was wild or hes just been out for so long, we will never know).

Hes doing well after 24hrs with his new friends. He has gained so much weight and is still scared but not bothered about shouting at us anymore!

So far we have lots of applications but hardly any photo/videos of enclosures. This also slows down the processes, as we cant arrange anything without these.

I will also be responding to messages to as there is quite a few so please be patient as I am only 1 human 😊

We have had the best gift ever. A brand new incubator that will help us so much here with poorly rescues.

The person who donated/brought this for us wants to remain anonymous and we will respect that.

We have mentioned a few times about getting a new incubator, but never did we think someone would purchase one for us. We are so happy with it. We are going to save so many lives and make lots more ferrets comfortable ❤️

Hi guys, the rescue phone will be off tomorrow if you have an emergency, please email us and I (rescue owner will pick it up).

The rescue phone will be back on monday evening but please bare with the team as they taking over my jobs until thursday (I am having a much needed break away).

Its been a crazy week/weekend. All forms will be looked at as soon as I can. I have a lot of prep to do tomorrow. We are out at an event fundraising saturday all day again so this weekend is very limited for appointments.
Most appointment will be booked for the following week.

We have some devastating news. Old man has passed away in his sleep.
Even though he was only here for a short time, hes left a big hole in our hearts.
Im glad he got to experience love and a safe place before passing 😭💔
