With such an elegant name comes an elegant cat with eyes that are beyond amazing.

Catsby is a very cautious boy but over the course of our visits he trusts me more and more. Such a beautiful boy ❤️

If we had a queen of the cats last week then this week we have a king!

Casper is a very large and fluffy ragdoll. He has the most magnificent tail you'll ever see. He is a very shy boy, it took me a while to earn cuddles but now I get them - not for too long though 🤣 He absolutely loves the laser pen and changes into a crazy, dancing fiend when it's around 💃🏽💃🏽

💕Cassidy (Cassie)💕

The cat of the week and definitely could be the Queen of Long Ashton! She's observant, no nonsense but kind and so well loved.

We've been friends since the start and together have developed a lovely relationship built on trust. Cassie has 3 legs but it doesn't hold her back! She's such a majestic lady ❤️

He's one of 'The 5' - a group of 5 cats I look after. He greets me with a chirp and affection every time. Such a lovely boy x

The Cat of the Week and what a cat...

Boris and I have been together from almost the first week I started. He's cute as hell, fiesty, naughty, unpredictable but above all adorable and loving. We've been through building work, injuries after his run in with neighbourhood cats and lots of funny moments. A cat with a big personality and I love him and his fluffy butt.

It's been a tough week as I nearly lost my Timtam ❤️

I came home after school drop off last Tuesday to find him collapsed on the grass, unable to stand, disoriented and shaking. I rushed him to the vet with what turns out was poisoning.

The vets still don't 100% know what it was but after a few anxious nights of him on a drip and the marvellous vets at Watkins and Tasker looking after him, he started to make a recovery.

He's home with us now, on medication and much to his disapproval staying indoors at the moment. He's being spoilt though and getting lots of fuss.

So he's my cat of the week.. My gentle, strong Tim. (Though the vets said he was an absolute ratbag 🤣)

This is my beautiful Timtam. He's the cat I come home to every day ❤️ Here he is letting me know he loves me.

One thing I can say (judging by how busy I am) is how the people of Long Ashton love their cats. It's really a pleasure to be part of it all.

I haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd better let you know that I'm still here. I'm full for May half term and filling up for the summer - I even have bookings for Christmas which means I've had to be super organised!!

Thank you to you all (especially the cats!) I really do love my job ❤️❤️😻
