Please keep your pooches the safest you can in the warmer weather. Here's a bit of information on heat stroke in dogs.
Luckily I have aircon in the salon so your pooches will be nice and cool during their pamper. Try to drive to me If you can to keep your dogs out of the sun, they will get plenty of water to drink when they arrive.

I'm back to normality after a crazy fun time at Glastonbury festival but then also catching covid last week 🙈 finally on the mend and able to groom your gorgeous pooches 💜
Last dog is done and now I'm officially in glasto holiday mode for the next week!

It’s that time of year again where farmers fields have blossomed into pretty yellow flowers, these plants are called rapeseed. Although it may be tempting to place your dog in the midst to take a scenic photo, please avoid this at all costs!
Rapeseed is extremely poisonous for dogs, especially in highly sensitive canines.
Rapeseed is listed by Dogs Trust as toxic to our dogs if ingested and can cause symptoms such as:
❌Haemolytic Anaemia
❌ Blindness
❌ Damaged Nervous System
❌ Digestive Disorders
❌ Breathing Problems
Even walking through these fields should be avoided! In June 2019, a dog was reported to be suffering from severe open wounds after running through a crop of rapeseed.
Please seek immediate veterinary attention if your dog shows any signs of rapeseed poisoning!

When a puppy groom is so good it's snooze time 😴😴😍😍
I really love to share with you guys what my groom are like with your pups. This is Teddy and he's not had the best experiences with being groomed in the past. He's been banned from multiple groomers for being too aggressive. On his first session a muzzle was needed at the beginning to figure out his boundaries, what he allows me to do and what his triggers are. Not just to protect my self but to also protect him. This was his third session with me, no muzzles are needed, although he's not entirely happy about it he accepts it and with a lot of praises afterwards he's trusting me and realising its not so bad after all. Taking baby steps and going at their pace makes a world of a difference As you can see he has thrived being in a 1-1 environment, hes happy and is enjoying being groomed. This is why I love my job, gaining a dogs trust is so rewarding 🙌♥️ Yes I talk to the dogs like they're going to respond 😅😅
