Kizzy & Jimmy will be going home tomorrow 👏🏼

This was not an easy bond by any means due to kizzys behaviour but Jimmy was so patient and well, I’m just plain stubborn😂. Kizzy has now realised that Jimmy isn’t a threat to her and to see her relax around him but also to seek him out for companionship is just pure joy!!

Jimmy was born in rescue in July 2022 and has no real interest, I’m so happy for him🥰

Had a little bit of time off last week and wow! How utterly weird it was to only have my own animals in the house 😂. I kept walking around thinking I must of forgotten something or someone… anyway having had enough of a empty house I’m doing two bonds this weekend.

Ex BRRAF bun Cooper with BRRAF’s Carla. Unfortunately Cooper’s wifebun passed away last week and he was feeling very lonely. We knew instantly Carla would love Coopers set up at home so we have every finger crossed that this will work!

Also trying Toffee & Daisy after Toffee’s previous bond broke down again. Really hope this works 🤞

Outdoor accommodation! 🌸 Fluffy and Diva have just arrived to stay in our outdoor accommodation and thought I would give a little tour! The ‘bedroom’ area is insulated so stays very cool in the summer and warmer in the winter. The little door is always open. This area is great for foraging in and bunnies often greet me on the little shelf when I open the stable door. We have a manor pet housing ‘cube it’ system to access the upper deck. I replaced the old stairs with this because it makes usable space out of previously wasted space! All bunnies seem to love these, often prime snuggle spot! The upper deck is a firm favourite for all our guests! Although the majority of the space is on ground floor level, I find everybun spends most of their time up here. It’s the perfect sun bathing and look out spot! This is our only outdoor accommodation and gets booked extremely quickly especially over the school holidays. So book early to avoid disappointment ☀️

Moosey is just the sweetest bun! Such a good girl having her eye drops and meds and adores a good lovin 💕

Brambles taste testing the new lemon balm forage…I think it’s a yes from him! 🍋 Calming and relaxing influences to help our boarders settle in💕

Bedtime snack! 🐰 DID YOU KNOW that pellets should only make up 5% of a rabbits diet? We feed our domesticated rabbits pellets to ensure they get all the vitamins and minerals need to be healthy that they would otherwise forage for and regulate themselves in the wild. Their diet should be mainly made up of hays and grasses to ensure good tooth and gut health. They should have access to hays and/or grasses at all times. You can also offer them a selection of fresh foods.
