Evening, sadly I have lost a few of my dogs recently due to illness and old age 😪 but this does however mean that I can now start taking on a few more clients....although I will be selective on which breeds I can do 😊😉
Also I would like to remind customers that I do need more than 24hrs notice if you need to cancel. I have lost a lot of earnings recently due to missed appointments and late cancellations, so I do have a cancellation/no show fee of £15 -£20 which can be paid at your re booked appointment. Hope you all understand......it can be very frustrating for me, like it would for any small business.

Morning, just to let you all know that I'm now back working 😊
I'm only grooming dogs however who I feel need it for welfare ( which includes all hairy breeds who are now overdue, puppies that need to continue with their grooming schedule and dogs with skin issues ect)
I haven't got any appointments now until 20th March onwards. For anyone who hasn't already got a booking with me please send me a message.

🔺️ COVID 19 UPDATE🔺️

Afternoon everyone, Unfortunately dog groomers are now unable to continue working during the lockdown 😞
The guidance we have been given by DEFRA and The Pet Industry Federation has changed and we can only groom dogs which are in severe need and at the recommendation of a vet, not regular grooms I'm afraid.

I'm looking at booking dogs back in for week starting 22nd February 😬
I've already been in contact with customers who are due soon and will contact others in the days to come to re book you back in.

I'm so sorry to have to cancel but its out of my hands, but better to be safe. If anyone has any concerns about their dogs welfare due to not being groomed then let me know.

Morning everyone 😊 Dog groomers are able to carry on working. But if you would prefer to delay your dogs groom then thats totally fine, just message me.
I will continue to keep things safe, with time between grooms to clean and sanitise, so I ask you to please be on time for your appointments ( dropping off and collecting dogs), to give me time to do this. If you arrive early then text me to see if you can come in, and if you can then please wear a mask.

Hi all!

I'd like to let you know that as of Thursday I will be continuing my grooming as usual. This could very well change depending on what the government and Pet Industry Federation say in the coming week, but based on what other groomers are saying and my own view on the matter, I will be continuing my work with the same social distancing and cleaning precautions in place. If you are worried about any of your appointments with me within this lockdown, please let me know and we can rearrange at a later date.
I want to be able to do the right thing in the hope that everyone stays safe and well and your gorgeous dogs can still get their groom 😍🐾

Two weeks ago we welcomed this little chap into our lives 🐶🐾
His name is Stanley and he's a Lhasa Apso, 11 weeks old today 😍
He's settled in very quickly and doing very well with his training 😊
