All walks are cancelled tomorrow and most likely Tuesday due to weather.

We now have aircon so daycare will resume as normal. No drop offs before 7.15am Monday and Tuesday this week.

Reminder to anyone that booked 2026 to remember to pay their deposit please.

Also a few spaces have come up for school holidays in 2026 and I still have spaces for March September and November.

All walks have been cancelled tomorrow due to the heat. It’s going to get warm very quickly tomorrow. Sorry but your dogs safety is our priority.

Just a reminder to people looking for a boarder, just as I’m getting so many enquiries for July and August which I’m fully booked for, stay away from sites like Rover! I can recommend some pet sitters that stay in your home but I don’t know any boarders with availability in July and August.

People who look after dogs in their own homes (not pet sitters who look after dogs in the owners home) must be licenced.

If they are Unlicensed their business insurance is invalid which renders owners own pet insurance invalid too.

If someone works under Rover, Bark, Pawshake etc, umbrella, they are also required to be licenced or it invalidates the "company's/platforms" insurance.

Always ask to see it.

Your council will also be able to verify if a person actually has a license.

May was so busy! Lots of happy dogs!

Can anyone doing daycare or boarding please just take a look at the attached.

Its getting so busy, I need to spend my time with your dogs and doing my courses to allow be to take care of your dogs.

I have to be more strict with payments and drop off/collection times as I’m constantly having dogs arriving late or leaving late, I have limited spaces so when a dog leaves, another takes his place.

I can only go out a certain amount of hours a day so my walks are planned out so when I don’t leave on time, it’s the dogs that are missing out.

People often only allow a hour to collect from Bristol airport, I can assure you, if your flight is due to land at 6pm, you will not be here by 7pm, please take this into consideration when booking, you will need to book an extra night. 7pm is the last collection time.

Please remember to not to bring toys/balls, crates and bowls etc, this creates so much work for me as dogs lose things/destroy things. I have EVERYTHING here.

Also I understand sometimes daycare needs to be cancelled some days for reasons beyond people’s control and I never charge for this, but when I have a waiting list for dogs wanting days that I don’t have, when I get messages saying we are away for a week tomorrow, this is not a valid reason for cancelling. Please let me know your holiday dates when you book your holiday so I can fill your space.

Adhoc daycare needs to be booked by Sunday to get your place. Please remember to do this.

Also anyone who has regular daycare or walks, it may be easier to set up a standing order for every Friday. Lots of people do this. You can always freeze it when your dog isn’t coming.
