🎅🏼OPERATION COMMUNITY HAMPER🎅🏼

We wanted to let you know that we are a collection point for the amazing project above, started by the lovely Charlotte Churchill at Operation Community Hamper CIO who has a huge, kind team of helpers. They have already collected & wrapped gifts to help many families, individuals, elderly & homeless people & are now collecting items for food hampers. If you would like to donate anything, please do pop it into us at the salon & we will ensure your kind gifts will reach this huge operation. Thank you 🎄

🎅🏼CHRISTMAS REMINDER🎅🏼

Just to let everybody know, we now only have a few December appointments left, so if you haven’t already booked yours, please do so as soon as possible.

December is a busier than normal month for us, so please do double check any appointments that you have & please ensure that they don’t clash with any other commitments that you may have. We understand that you are all busy too, but please understand that if you miss your appointment it’s very unlikely that we will be able to fit you in.

Please can we ask that you are all on time for drop off & collection. We always give an approximate time & then a message or call, so please stay local. We will not have space in the salon to keep your dog for any extra time & should you abuse this we will have to enforce the late collection fee as per our terms & conditions.

Please can we also ask that payment is made at the time of collection. We will not have time to chase payments that haven’t been made.

We apologise if this causes any inconvenience, but this is essential for the smooth running of the salon, to ensure that your dogs are cared for how they deserve to be & lastly for our sanity 🙈.
