The results for the Oct 2023 to Oct 2024 Imperial Jade Koi Grow & Show are now complete. History of the event was as follows. Competitors were asked to select their koi from a selection of SFF Super Mango Karashigoi, 32-34cm in size with the aim of maximum growth over 1 year. The competition was split into 2 categories:
1. Heated ponds 2. Unheated ponds.
I am please to announce Mike Owen as the winner of the Heated pond with a great 60cm Karashigoi
I am also pleased to announce Paul Armstrong as the winner of the Unheated pond with another great 50cm Karashigoi. Both received a 15kg bag of Saki Hikari Balance.
Well done to everyone that took part, all the koi looked great. Thank-you to Scott Jenkins for taking the official lengths. For info these are the top 5 sizes achieved in each category
1. Heated - 60cm, 58cm, 57cm, 49 cm and 46cm
2. Unheated - 50cm, 46cm, 44cm, 44cm and 43cm

Had some great news last week. Imperial Jade Koi have been awarded 5 star maximum rating Animal Welfare License from Bath council. Just keeping a high standard that we want to keep to for our customers.
