Good morning to all our old, new and returning customers 💜🩷
Just wanted to give a polite reminder about our cancellation/no show policy. If you could give at least 24 hours (48 if possible) notice if you can’t make an appointment we would be very grateful. If for any reason you can’t, and due to us all being self employed, unfortunately our 50% cancellation/ no show fee will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.
I know most of you know this as it came into place a couple of years ago but just wanted to do an update for those that don’t. Thanks for understanding, 🩷💜 🐶 🐾 xx
