Trauma Bumps!

This is something that isn't often heard of but happen really often. These are patches of hair that grow through in a drastically different shade from a trauma to the skin.

It can happen after surgeries and even as something silly as walking into something or a play fight that gets a bit rough and bruises the skin. They do eventually go back to normal but it can take several months up to a year to change back.

Fudge had a cyst removed towards the end of last year so he is still growing his out.

The most common breeds we see them in are Spaniels because they're absolute nutters and collide into everything. 😂
