We’ll be collecting apples here for another hour. If you have apples to donate to the Bristol cider project at the University of Bristol Botanic Garden and The Cider Box today, please don't forget to bag them into 5kg bags, labelled with your name. We'll be collecting contact details so that you can receive the Bristol cider back from the Botanic Garden in April 2024!

We’ll be here until 1pm at the farm. Please only bring apples at this time when there will be a volunteer there to weigh and receive them and collect all the info from you. Bruised apples are fine, but please no rotten apples!

There are more details about the project on the Botanic Garden's website: https://botanic-garden.bristol.ac.uk/event/apple-day-making-a-bristolian-cider 🍏 🍎

We have been busy getting ready at for our open day this Saturday 17th September.
The honey has been jarred up, the tomatoes harvested and turned into ketchup, the BBQ station has been built, and vegetable beds have been weeded, but you may still find a marrow lurking here or there!
It's looking great up there.
Hope to see you Saturday folk!

Random pics from a random evening. Went up with no real purpose and just pottered around, a favourite activity. Checked on the chickens. Tied up the squash igloo. Did some watering. Had a tidy. Lovely reward of carrots and courgettes at the end.

Evening all.
