Cancellation and No Show Policy -

Due to a significant increase in last-minute cancellations, we have found it necessary to revise our Cancellation Policy. Effective immediately, if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, we will have no choice but to charge you for the full grooming service. This policy is essential to ensure that we can effectively manage our schedule and accommodate all our clients.

Collection Policy -

We have also updated our Collection Policy in response to the challenges posed by customers not collecting their dogs promptly after grooming. To maintain the flow of our appointments, we kindly ask that you collect your pet within 30 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time. The first 30 minutes from your phone call is free; however, any additional time will incur a charge of £5 for every 30 minutes beyond that. This change is vital for ensuring that we can provide timely services to all our clients and their pets.
