It's not all about big jumps as in own words
'My body hates me but was so worth it. An epic day at jcs, 2 lessons with Emily Carenza who was just bloody amazing for me and i got to ride the handsome Pluto again and managed to jump a little course in canter.. Then an amazing hack with and i rode the huge Major, who truly looked after me to, meaning I got to canter up the hill alongside and which i never thought I would do. I really love jcs and all the beautiful horses and the hacking is just amazing even if it was a bit foggy. I am already trying to plan when I can visit again. Lots of video spam 😁😁😁'

'Absolutely fab day up at JCs again today.
Got to ride the lovely Paddy again, feels like his ears are in the next postcode 🤣
So proud of every single person today but huge recognition needs to go to Jenny who has totally smashed so many of her goals today!

A lovely gentle start to the XC training today with a ladies day out! 🙌🏻
Haven’t done any XC since October so a little apprehensive but Aggie was firing on all cylinders & raring to go! We all had a fabulous time in the sunshine 🌞

Fun in the sun on a Tuesday morning at Swalcliffe Park Equestrian … me on Paris with Jay on Ginger and Becca on Aggie - another ladies’ day out!

This was my first time XC with Paris and first time out on grass since the army hunter trial at Larkhill with Flippy Dip in October!

Miss Paris was fresh from a pedicure and new shoes with Glenn the farrier yesterday and her eyes were on stalks as we hacked from the lorry park across the field to the cross country field and trotted and cantered through all the jumps … oh what fun! The ground was spectacular and we did a mix of logs, roll tops, brushy things, a ditch, banks, steps and water … thank you Emily for the lesson, the yard team, and to Martin for driving us! 🏇🏻❤️🏇🏻❤️🏇🏻

Ladies’ day out today at Rectory for a spot of arena eventing with Paris (aka Touch of Rouge) … and we nailed two clear rounds, stud muffins and a frilly for 3rd place - woo hoo!! 20 jumping efforts, mix of show jumps and rustics, plus a LOT of turns and lines (cue walking the course about 5 times to make sure I could remember it, and getting some top tips from the pony club kids first thing this morning!!) and it was on optimum time and no watches allowed. Super thrilled as still getting to know Miss Sassy and we are working on building our partnership. The first few jumps were probably not so pretty (why is show jumping so stressful?!) but we quickly got into our flow, remembered the course and didn’t touch a rail. Optimum time was 145 seconds and we came in on 146.74. Thanks so much to Kate and Emily, Liz for being super groom and driving, the yard team (especially the early morning ladies, Donna and Katie!) and Emily’s fab horse, Paris! Well done also to team mate Amy with Aggie! Bring on the eventing season!! 🏇🏻❤️🏇🏻❤️🏇🏻❤️

and Aggie's report of their matchy matchy adventures at Farm Arena on Sunday.
'Well, first arena eventing outing since 2023 at Rectory Farm Arena and first XC round since last Oct!! Well after riding like a bit of a numpty in our first round, our second was a vast improvement with much better flow and rhythm (if a bit quick!) but it was a non-competitive round. Practice practice practice! Still loads of fun, and we got comments on our black and gold outfit 🤭 😇 Just want to do this gorgeous horse justice! Thanks to and all at Cotswolds Riding at Jill Carenza Equestrian, and especially Liz Cooke for driving and her words of encouragement (hope to see you back riding very soon!). And not forgetting Tabitha for being chief photographer /videographer 🥰 Well done to team mate Clare Beale and her fabulous ride of beautiful Paris 🐎🧡
Onwards to the start of the Eventing season next weekend with The Cotswold Cup at Offchurch Bury! 🐎❤️🎉
