Morning everyone, Ive been made aware by a few customers that they are having trouble making payments when trying to book, people having cards declined and being asked for passwords? This is Mona, she's a gorgeous silver Labrador. She was so unbelievably nervous when she first came 4 weeks ago. We struggled to get her in the pool for her first session. After a lot of coaxing and work with the owner she is now getting herself in and absolutely loving her swimming. I honestly can't believe how far she has come, great work Mona 💙💙

Unfortunately that time has come where I can't put if off any longer. Prices will rise £3 per session, so for an introductory session for one dog it'll be £20 instead of £17, a solo session will go from £22 to £25. Multi dog sessions will also rise from
£25 to £28 and so on.
It's never nice to have to raise the prices but unfortunately it's something I have to do to keep it a viable business. The unit and electric are a lot more expensive than when these prices were originally set. I've kept the rises to as little as possible as I understand times are difficult. Block booking prices will also be adjusted accordingly. New prices will be going live on Tuesday 27th August so you still have time to book some future sessions at the current prices.

Lexi the labradoodle came for her first swim last week to do a bit of work on her legs. Settled almost immediately. She was a little superstar 💫💫

Long time regular Ezra and his brother Indi. Have now taken top spot for most splashy session!! Great to see how much Ezra has improved since he's started coming. Such a confident pup now 💙💙
