Good afternoon all,
Apologise about a post that I seem to be posting alot of at the moment but it's starting to really get me down.
Last week I have 7 no shows, yes 7! In 1 week.
As you can imagine that's an awful lot of money to be down.
Only one of these appointments has been paid for but all the others haven't there for those people who haven't shown will be removed out of my diary until the missed appointment is sorted.
I've not wanted to post this but after thinking over my weekend I have to as its not fair on me or the people that are desperate for appointments.
All of you that are block booked will have a list sent over to you from myself worked out based on suitability for you. Please put them in your phone or calander because I really can't afford I keep having no shows like I'm having.

Good morning all
This mornings post is just reminding everyone of my policy's:
• All bookings require a deposit to secure it.
• if you cancel last minute or don't show I will not rebook your appointments without payment being made (I need 24 hours notice to be able to fill the slot)
• If your dog comes in with fleas or severally matted there will be an extra charge
• I am able to pick up and drop off for people that required it.
• payments are cash or bank transfer only, I don't accept card. ALL bank transfers must be done before collecting your dog.

Apologies if this comes across blunt but I'm having far too many people not show, last minute cancel, or I'm having to chase payments for days after appointments.
Please understand that this is my livelihood and my only source of income so not showing has a huge impact on my personally.

Good morning all!
Just a reminder that appointments will run over with my busy Christmas period. I will try my best to get your dogs in and out as fast a possible. Please bare with me.
Traffic is going to be crazy this time of year so can we all please leave in ample time to arrive on time. This is the main reason my days get delayed.
I have NO appointments until Feb 2025
For anyone who coming in for nail trims my last day is 20th and I'll be closed until 4th jan.
Please note any enquiries made between 20th-4th will be replied to on the 4th when I return to work.

Good morning all
Please can we all make sure we are showing up for appointments at the correct time and date. If your unsure of the date or time your booked in for please message me. I'm already on the thick of my Christmas rush and can't afford to have no shows which I've had a fair few of over the past week, when I have people begging for appointments.
I have No availability until February 2025. I'm unable to move any appointments that are already booked in due to this.
