As we head into February, I’ll be celebrating 3 years of my business. I’ve worked hard over the last 3 years to build up a business I love and am proud of the result I’ve had so far.

I am very close to being at my maximum capacity and would love to give it my final push and encourage a few new customers through the door so as a small welcome I am offering a discount of 20% off FULL GROOMS ONLY completed by 29th February for new customers only!*

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful break, I’m back from mine tomorrow.

*As of 15 January I will be having building work done on my house. This is set to last until about June. It won’t be affecting my work as such but I will not be having any customers on my premises for safety reasons. Please send me a message when you are waiting outside in your car and I will come out to you and collect your dog/s from you there. The gate will be locked at all times🔒so please DO NOT ENTER! ⛔️ *

Just a couple of reminders as we head into the new year:

1. There hasn’t been a price increase as such but some of you may notice a change in your prices as it should have been updated throughout last year but maybe wasn’t for one reason or another so I’m making sure everyone is at the price they should be at! Any questions please do ask, I’m only human and I do make the odd mistake too 🙈
2. Please do not under any circumstances block my drive, or my neighbours! My neighbours are so good to me and supportive of my work so I’d really love to keep it that way!
3. Please be quiet and respectful of my neighbours upon drop off and pick up, especially those of you attending my 8am starts 😴
4. Cash payments - I don’t accept any change less than £1.
5. Online payments - please BANK TRANSFER ONLY. Please DO NOT use the link provided on the invoice if possible as it does charge me.
6. Late payments past 24hrs will incur a £2 fee.

All appointments online show all of my availability. Anything not shown is unavailable.

An amazing day at my first ever summer fair! I’ve never done anything like this before so it was definitely a big project but I had such a fun day, I’ve learnt a lot and met lots of new customers! Saw a few familiar faces too!

A special thank you to my for helping me all the way and getting so involved and chatting away to people as if he was the groomer himself!🤣

A shame the weather was a bit too hot today but I’ll definitely be doing something like this again! 💙💙

A close family friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer. She has been so touched by the support and love shown to her by family, friends, the NHS and Guy’s Hospital Cancer unit who have been there to treat and support her since her diagnosis. I felt I wanted to play my part in supporting her, so on Saturday 13th May I will be running the 10k Race for Life at Regents Park. We all know people who have been unfortunate enough to suffer with this dreadful disease and in sponsoring me you will be helping to raise vital funds in the hope that one day we will find a cure for all cancers.

12.02.2023 - Today marks 2 years since I opened my business. I’ll keep this message short but I cannot thank everyone enough for the incredible support you have shown to me and my work.

In 2020, with all the planning and building of my salon I couldn’t imagine that I’d actually be able to live my life entirely from Pampered Hound. I feel so lucky to have so many people trust me with their fur babies, I’m sure it’s clear how much I love them all.

Pampered Hound is my baby and although I struggle to switch off from my days work sometimes and some days are harder than others, it is so worth it. I’m so proud of how my business has grown and I can’t wait to take Pampered Hound even further. I have lots of ideas in mind!💙

Thank you all again for your support and love you’ve shown my work, not just my customers but even those of you who are just able to give my posts a like, or share my name with a friend - it means so much to me.
