I hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas. We were super busy this December so thank you everyone. Thank you for all the gifts and presents too - they really do make us feel like more than “just a groomer” 🥰

Amelie has been fabulous as always and produced top notch grooms from start to finish even on the busiest of days!✂️

I can see all messages and will be getting back to them as soon as family life calms down abit - you will be getting the next available appointment so please don’t worry. Please note we return on 6th Jan to the salon☺️

With all of our Christmas grooming appointments gone I’ve decided to open up a few more for the last minute elves who are only just thinking about Christmas (like me!!)

These appointments will be with myself, the mutley crew and the little one too.

I will try to fit these appointments around feeding and naps but these things don’t always go to plan so they will be longer appointments than normal. So you MUST be ok with that!

❄️ December Appointments ❄️

Please read if you have an appointment this December!
As we come up to our busiest time of year, 91 dogs so far and counting, I need to just politely remind everyone of a few things:

• Appointment times are made for a reason, the day is organised around every single dog. We book out the appropriate time for your dog so they get the quality time they deserve with us. When you are late for your appointment it really scuppers our planned day. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment it will be rescheduled and a FULL PAYMENT will be required.
• Late collection for your dog is not ok. Your dog may be the friendliest dog in the world but the dog booked in after may not be. Please respect this and collect your dog when we let you know they are ready. We do not have the holding facilities to keep your dog longer than they need to be with us.
• PLEASE take your dog to the toilet before they come in the salon. If I charged per poo I’d be a millionaire 🫣
• If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know at-least 24 hours before so we can offer the appointment to someone who is waiting for one.
