Very occasionally I have to groom on the floor due to the dog not being safe on the table, as you can imagine it's not the easiest! However its even harder when a puppy decides your lap is a good place to lie down! 🤣

As you know when Ceri left we were far too busy for me to cope and so I closed my diary. Ceri has been back for a while now and we finally have it back under control so I'm pleased to say our diary is back open to new clients so please spread the word 🐾🎉💜

Hi there, we have received a couple of online groom bookings and appointment alterations online. Unfortunately, owing to a number of reasons this system does not work for our working practice. We were unaware that this option had become available via Facebook or Instagram and will be withdrawing this option. Please note bookings can be requested via messenger or by calling the salon. We've had a great day today celebrating 10 years of Ozzys! Thank you to Tess Riley PR & Media and Mathew Hall for getting us on the radio, taking photos (can't wait to see them all), my flowers and for the media coverage that will follow. To for the beautiful flowers, card and supplying the cake 🎂 The card shop for our fab balloons 🎈 To Ceri & Rach for everything they do day in day out 🥰 A special thanks to all of our customers and all those who helped me get here over the years I am truly grateful to each one of you! 🥰 I can't let the day go by without thanking my family too. Ozzys changed our lives but it didn't come without making sacrifices of time together so I want to thank them for allowing me the time to build Ozzys, when I started out I had a 3 & 5 year old and it was hard going somedays and I want to acknowledge how much my husband Andy supported me and how much I appreciate everything he did 💕 I could go on and on with thanks as so many people gave up there time helping me and supporting me and although I have worked hard I certainly haven't done it alone and I will be forever grateful 💜 1 last thing... my Dad who was taken from us last year did so much for me, maintaining the shop just one small part. I know he would of been so proud today, he worked so hard on his own business and he was the ultimate role model. I will continue to make you proud Dad 😘 Anyway enough for today....Many thanks and much love 💜🐾💜🐾💜

Appointment Booking

Hi all, between now and the end of September is our busiest time of year. Our Full Groom appointments are completely booked for the next 7 weeks, which takes us to 20th June 2024, and the rate we are going by the end of next week we will be booked up until July!! Fortunately Ceri has some 'bath only' slots available now, however, the appointment is as it states, they are allocated for a shorter length of time which cannot accommodate clipping as well as a bath no mater the size of the dog. Please can we encourage you to try to plan and book your dogs future grooms to avoid disappointment. We consider ourselves very lucky to have this level of business and your dogs welfare is always the priority, on that basis we quite understand and actively promote you visit a different groomer rather than your dog suffer if having to wait 2 months for an appointment with us when it needs to be groomed now. TEMPORARY CHANGES TO OPENING HOURS

HI, due to Easter and unfortunate hospital appointments Ozzys next 2 weeks openings hours will change and be as follows

Week commencing Monday 25th March we will be open only on Monday 25th 9am to 5pm and Thursday 28th 10.30am to 1.30 pm.
Easter week commencing Monday 1st April we are closed Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday reopening on Thursday 4th April continuing with our usual opening days and hours from then
