Scoping out a possible new location for a group walk this afternoon, from Eastrington ponds and a loop around the village. Took us about 1.5 hours but a shorter option would be possible. Look out for dates on our page for forthcoming walks 🐕🐾💜🐾🐕

Bobble is still available for adoption and has now been cat tested and did amazingly well so if you are thinking about adopting and have a cat or smaller dog breed, she may be the one for you! Get in touch if you would like to know more about our adoption process 💜🐾💜

Meet Nemo....the last hound to leave us for a new life and a new family in 2024. And she certainly hasn't let this side down! Settling in in no time at all and clearly loving life.....roaching after just a couple of days....don't think we need to ask her if she is happy!! It's clear to see. Another little gem with such happy days ahead.

It didn't take Alice long to find the sofa. Alice left us on the 23rd December to begin her new life with her new mum and dad and Charlie the cat. She took no time at all in finding her comfy spot and had made herself at home before Clare left!

Santa even found her at her new address and left her some lovely pressies. Well deserved for being such a little star and taking everything in her stride.

We have recently taken this young lurcher in from the stray system, he is a beautiful young boy; still a way to go yet as he is recovering from his time as a stray but watch out for him becoming available in the future for rehoming.

Thank you Gilberdyke Garden Centre for kindly allowing us to bring our fundraising stall to their store today and yesterday, raising valuable funds for our centre. The dogs are looking forward to returning soon!

Nemo says she is pooped after this morning’s walk! It was lovely to see everyone who came along and thank you as always to the Humber Bridge for having us. Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon in the New Year. Dates for future walks will be on our page as soon as we have them.

We’ve been keeping an eye on the weather but it’s not getting any better so we’ve decided that today’s walk is CANCELLED. We will try again next week! Next week’s walk is at the Humber Bridge, meeting at 10:00 (Sunday 15th December.

Sighthounds and their owners and prospective adopters are welcome to all of our walks, we thought we would try and have a few dates in December as it gets the kennel dogs out now the days are shorter x
