Roundhill Boarding Kennels limited

We are a small kennels which allows us to give our quality time to each dog . Providing a friendly caring environment to ensure they feel happy and safe. Our kennels have been designed so that no dogs are facing each other so this will reduce stress caused by other dogs. We know that it is important that a nervous anxious dog will require the individual time that we will give them. While with us your dogs will be treated like part of the family.

we have easy access on and off the premises and are on the flat for anyone that has trouble with mobility. we are right near the A5 watling st and the m6 toll.

Vaccinations

· All dogs must be fully vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza their vaccination cards must be presented upon arrival. Dogs without their vaccination cards/certificates will be refused entry. Current vaccinations cards will be kept while your dog stays with us and will be returned upon departure.

· Kennel Cough (canine infectious Bronchitis) we do insist on kennels cough. Please check your vaccination certificates.

· All vaccinations must have been carried out and completed 3 weeks prior to boarding your dog.

· Dogs must also be treated for parasites and worms on a regular basis.

Payments & Opening hours.

· All fees should be paid either in full or a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking taking place.

. Payment must be made in full 30 before the date of boarding.

· Kennel price includes day of drop off and day of collection.

· Prices for boarding are double for Christmas day, Boxing day and new years day.

· The kennels are closed on Christmas day, Boxing day and new years day we do not accept any dogs unless prior arranged.

. For day care NO dogs will be received or collected out of normal drop off/collection time. Monday - Saturday 8 - 12 noon 2 - 6 pm Sundays 8 - 12pm. unless prior arrangement has been made .

· For overnight boarding NO dogs will be received or collected out of normal drop off/ collection times. Monday – Saturday 9.30-12 noon 2.15 - 6pm Sundays 9.30 am – 12 noon. unless prior arrangement has been made.

· Collection and delivery of dogs shall be made during your timed booking slot. Please keep to these times or contact us to advise of any changes as soon as possible.

· We reserve the right to refuse to board any dog that is clearly unwell, or that we consider could be dangerous to our staff.

Electric collars, trackers or cameras

As this is a secure site, no dash cameras or filming are permitted on the property. No electric collars or collars fitted with trackers or cameras are permitted in the kennels. Any of which that are brought, in will be removed.
