Paradise Wildlife Park is voted Hertfordshire’s No.1 Outdoor Attraction by Trip Advisor and is set in the beautiful surrounding of Broxbourne Woods in the Heart of the Hertfordshire Countryside. Paradise is home to over 800 exotic animals including Amur tigers, white lions, snow leopards, as well as penguins, red pandas, anacondas, sloths, and many more. Five years ago, we embarked on an unforgettable mission, 'Drive4Wildlife' to deliver an animal ambulance to Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre! 🚑

Since then, this life-saving vehicle has made an extraordinary impact, rescuing and protecting thousands of animals from the threats of the illegal wildlife trade and much more! 🦁

Rescued, rehomed and ready to thrive! 🌟

Last week, Hertfordshire Zoo and The Big Cat Sanctuary joined forces to rescue and rehome rare and endangered cats who had suffered years of neglect. These vulnerable animals were found in inadequate and unsanitary conditions at The Cat Survival Trust, which had multiple animal welfare violations. 🐾

Both organisations have worked tirelessly to rehome these cats all around the UK, as well as providing them with the care, attention, and environment they desperately need. By upholding the highest standards of animal welfare, The Big Cat Sanctuary and Hertfordshire Zoo are giving these magnificent cats a second chance at life. 🦁

Farewell Romulus and Inge 💜

In early 2025, we will bid a heartfelt goodbye to our cherished Eurasian wolves, Romulus and Inge, as they embark on an exciting new chapter at the breathtaking Wolf Watch UK in Wales. These beloved siblings have been iconic residents at Hertfordshire Zoo for 12 years, winning hearts with their charismatic personalities and becoming two of our most popular animals. 🌟

This move is the best decision for their welfare and marks an important step forward for the zoo as we continue to align with international breeding programs and conservation initiatives. 🐾

Be sure to visit and say your goodbyes to Romulus and Inge over the Christmas and New Year period. 💜
