The Comrie family are very sad to announce the loss of one of their mares April
She was a quirky sweet mare.
April loved her summer time at grass with her wee group of mares that she was herd leader to . Never one for rolling over completely from one side to the other as many horses do when turned out , she always preferred to “sit “on her hindquarters and walk her front legs around herself until she was positioned the other way and then would lie down again, so very cute to watch !!
Over the years with us April did a variety of work from our adult sessions to our Uni competitions after coming to Houston for her forever home . She will be missed xx

The Comrie family are truly heartbroken to announce the loss of our wee Theo today

Theo was an all star pony and a fab part of our Houston team for years. He looked after & taught so many young children to learn to ride on him. There’s no doubt his wee face peeking over the top of his door couldn’t fail to make you smile every time you passed his stable normally accompanied by a whinnie for a treat .
He was a cheeky lovable guy. Always ready to say please with a front leg for his polo .
We were so very lucky to have him here all these years and we will miss him greatly 💔💔💔
