It’s finally the season for sunglasses 🕶️ ☀️ with all the beautiful weather and increased temperatures it’s the time of year where your 4 legged friend can feel the heat. We are currently booked in until the mid August. We do have a cancellation list but are also advising clients to pre book multiple appointments or we can provide recommendations for some lovely local groomers. Our wonderful team are working extremely hard to keep everyone’s dogs cool for the warmer months so please be patient. ☀️ 🥂

🌷 New opening hours from May 2024 🌷

From 1st May our opening hours will be slightly different this summer.

Our new opening hours are

Wednesdays 9am - 5pm

Thursday 9am - 5 pm

Fridays 9am - 5pm

We have been working hard behind the scenes to get all appointments pre booked in advance to avoid long wait times for your dog’s pamper.
There is going to be longer wait times due to our new hours, we are currently not taking on any new clients until Autumn 2024.

Due to our reduced hours and longer wait times for appointments we understand that some clients may need to find another groomer.
We can highly recommend

The same dog trimmed one year apart. Us as groomers are always our biggest critic but it’s amazing how much improvement you can have when you compare yourself to this time last year. Jumble still can’t look at the camera. He was handsome then and still is now. But with a few tweaks it’s amazing how his trim is elevated and also shows you never stop learning!! it’s amazing what you can do and I can’t wait for next year. Same time next year Jumble 💪🎉

That’s it we have finished work for the week and it’s only Monday 🎉 We are taking a few days off to rest up before the Christmas rush starts. All clients enquiring about new appointments your messages will be answered once we return to work. For the clients who have been patiently waiting for there block booking appointments I will be sending dates out this Friday so keep an eye on your messages. Anyone who hasn’t added themselves to the block booking list please drop us a message and we will be in contact on Friday. 🐾

We are currently fully booked until 3rd January 2024.

All Christmas appointments are full, with a cancellation list in place. Please remember that appointments are not guaranteed if you are on the cancellation list.

We are advising all client to book multiple appointments in advance to allow clients to get appointments on days to suit them.

I have a list of clients wanting to block book for all of 2024, please let me know if you want to be added. I will be organising those appointments towards the end of November. This is for existing clients only.

A very relaxed Logan. The first time he can into urban paws he was nervous and very unsure but the second time we ran into the salon and fell asleep during his blow dry 😍 This is what my job is all about giving your dogs the best experience possible!! 🐾
