She really does put 110% into everything she does, she is always thinking of new ideas and designs and her products are amazing, she really does care for each and everyone of her customers and strives to make sure everything is perfect.

We can’t thank Josephine enough for everything she has done to take care of these 2 fur babies. To loose Akira was hard enough but to loose her sister Bella 48hrs later made our week very hard to bare.

Star ⭐️ 💔

Thank you so much to Jo for the love and kindness given to Star and me. I can't thank you enough.

Star was just 13 months old, born with a heart defect. I always knew she wouldn't live a long life, but she lived a full one. Jo was amazing, coming out in the snow to meet me to leave Star in her care.
