Just a heads up that my next availability for appointments isn’t until mid/ end of March, with the next Saturday slot being 13th April.
I strongly advise booking your next appointment as soon in advance as you can to avoid disappointment!

We haven’t even completed one month of this year and I have already had a huge influx of last minute cancellations or people just not showing to their appointments.

This is my full time job, this is how I earn my living. When things like this happen I am at a huge loss.
Imagine this amount of money being taken from your pay! It all adds up. It isn’t personal when i charge fees, im not trying to be spiteful and mean. Small businesses cannot afford to take these losses and right now they are adding up.

Please please PLEASE give me as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule your appointment as I 9/10 can refill that slot.

I absolutely love my job and I hate to moan and complain but small businesses need all the support they can get to stay afloat 🐾

Recently came across this on a nail technician's page, and it resonated deeply. It highlights the substantial impact of last-minute cancellations and no-shows on small businesses like mine.

Picture that loss being subtracted from your pay.

Please, never question the boundaries small businesses set.

This goes to me, as your dog groomer, other dog groomers. Dog walkers, Hair dressers, barbers, beauticians etc..

If you witness a small business shutting down, consider whether you respected their rules.

Just a little food for thought. 🌟

Reminder!!!
Price increases will come into affect from Jan 1st 2024 🐾

🐾 Important notice! 🐾

As of January 1st there will be a 10% increase across all services.

I know a price increase is never good news, but I have tried my best since opening the salon in 2020 to keep my prices as low as possible and have not upped my prices in two years.

Unfortunately after absorbing the raising cost of bills, products and equipment for the past couple of years it is absolutely necessary for me to do a price increase to keep the salon running as it normally does. This increase is still not in line with national inflation so I am doing my best to provide a quality service still at the lowest prices possible.

If you have any questions on what your costs will be in the new year please don’t hesitate to ask.

What another incredible year this has been, I can’t thank you wonderful people enough for your continued support & custom, without you there would be no Hannah’s Happy Tails.
Thank you to everyone for the gifts this Christmas i appreciate it SO much!! (Cant wait to my eat body weight in chocolate 🍫)
