Oh my gosh when you meet a adorable 5 month old Mali at the pack walk I went on with Kayda, of course I had to go say goodbye to him ❤️🐾

I knew before getting Kayda I would have a lot of work to do but I was ready for it. I honestly used to hide from everything when I took Kayda out for avoid her triggers. No one would walk with us due to her breed which made things hard 🙈 a lot of work has been put in to get to where we are today, she’ll always be a dog which has to be managed but I love this girl so much I would do anything. Yesterday we went to walk with a dog walking friend & her dogs, a couple of small reactions down narrow paths at people but overall she done so well in a new place, today we went on a Reactive controlled dog walk & 0 reactions, both walks all dogs on lead ❤️🐾 tomorrow we going on another training dog walk with people & dogs. A dog I couldn’t take anywhere due to her reacting is now the dog I take everywhere 🥰
When I say I understand what you go through with a reactive dog I really do I own 3 which all have different needs. 2 are people reactive & one people & dog Reactive. It’s never easy but remember you are doing the best you can 👌

Ghosty boy

Honest truth my dogs are terrible on leads due to the fact they not often on them. This boy pulls like a train, look at him practicing his loose lead walking. Tomorrow we will probably be back to square one but we’ll keep doing this. I don’t care my dogs don’t walk to heel perfectly they are allowed to stop & sniff etc but we are working hard on him to remember he’s on a lead & not to think he’s a train & can go where he wants to. He had a bit of a jump a couple times as a loud truck went past.

It’s only practicing daily to get her happy putting her nose in the muzzle. She’s now doing it without treats in it ❤️ don’t rush your pups take it their pace

The Saturday chill day this is without anyone going out yet but they have had random bits of training indoors. My house is full of working breeds (Malis, kelpies, collie, Brittany & Pointer) I don’t do crazy inside the house there is 0 need for it, hard work pays of what you put in. I often get asked isn’t my house just mad with so many dogs and nope it isn’t.

Having someone jump start it for me to get it home & it only just made it 😢😢 I love this van but currently it’s a non runner til it’s fixed. Thank you for the last dog owners being understanding why were late 🙈 we still got to everyone tho 👍 thankful I have the back up van til than so I can still get to your lovely doggies
