A very beautiful makeover for the gorgeous Gweni this morning 😍

Unfortunately are now only able to permit a maximum of 5 customers to the waiting list each week, if you no longer require an appointment please let us know so we can try and offer spaces to more customers 🥰

We have opened up more appointment spaces in June, we currently have the following spaces available:

Friday 9th June 9am/12pm
Monday 19th June 11am
Friday 23rd June 2pm

In the upcoming weeks we are going to be training our new groomer and will be offering free appointments for her to learn with. If you would be interested in taking one of these spaces please get in touch. She will not be qualified but will be supervised by her tutor and our head groomer Amy at all times 🥰

Please can we make all customers aware that rather than sending payment links for each deposit, we will now by default be taking one deposit payment and holding it on your account rather than against a specific booking. This means you will continue to book at your leisure and pay for all appointments in full and we will hold £10 on your account which we will only withdraw in the event of a no-show or cancellation within one week of your appointment. You are entitled to ask to have your deposit come off your appointment cost at any point and continue to pay for each specific deposit at the time of booking or request a refund of your deposit at any time, it just saves us from having to chase deposits. We hope this makes sense! ♥️

Hey! A reminder that our nail clinic is open tomorrow 10am-1pm, no appointment necessary just bring your dog or cat down and we will sort their nails for you. It is £10 per pet, if you are bringing a cat please let us know in advance so we can make sure there’s no dogs around that night scare them 🥰

NAIL CLINIC - THURSDAY 6TH APRIL 💅🏼

Between 10am-1pm on Thursday 6th April we will be opening a nail clinic for walk-in appointments, please feel free to pop by with your dog and we will tend to their claws for you 🥰

All nail clips are £10 and no need to call ahead 🐶

We can also cut your cat’s nails but please drop us a message ahead of time if you would like to bring your cat along so we can make sure there’s a safe area away from the dogs 🐱♥️

Holy Saturday 8th April 10am-1pm
Easter Sunday 9th April CLOSED
Easter Monday 10th April 10am-1pm

You will not be able to drop-off or collect your pet outside of these hours so please make sure you are aware or have arranged someone else to collect your pet - if it is someone else collecting them please send us their details so we know your pet is going home with the correct person 🥰

Woof Club and Ty Gwyn Grooms with Holly and Co. are both closed on the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of April 🐰

SIX MONTHS OF us today 🥳 happy six months birthday to our little salon, thank you so much for everyone support since September and having faith in us! Holly has worked so so hard and has absolutely smashed her new role, she’s had nothing but five star reviews and currently has appointments booked right through until December as it stands 🥰 we are getting pretty full now (we always say this but because a lot of customers book grooms for the end of their dog’s boarding, we have grooms booked very far in advance) but we are trying to limit how far in advance customers can book where possible! Thank you for all your support for us and Holly and here’s to the next six months 🥳
