For the whole of March, we are dedicating our FB Lives to cats!

Kicking off the month on the 2nd is Dr Nathalie Dowgray - Improving Awareness and Diagnosis of Feline OA

Nathalie graduated from Massey University, New Zealand in 2002. In 2012 she sat the Membership exams for the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Feline Medicine and is a RCVS advanced Practitioner in Feline Medicine. She received a post graduate diploma in international animal welfare ethics and law from Edinburgh University in 2016 and completed a PhD in the ageing of cats at the University of Liverpool in 2021.

Nathalie’s areas of interest are all things feline including feline health screening, musculoskeletal disease and age-related disease.

Nathalie joined iCatCare as Head of ISFM in August 2020

Cats and dogs have many similarities but feeding and types of food differ a lot!

My boys have used a auto feeder for most there lives fill it up in the morning then they get extra portions every 4 hours or so till 10pm (I’m already in bed by then! 🤣)

Spending my caturday watching Red Rock Films Inside the Mind of a Cat on Netflix!

I loved seeing Dr. Bruce Kornreich of Cornell Feline Health Center Dr. Kristyn Vitale and Dr. Sung of The San Francisco SPCA sharing their expertise and education 😻

It is so refreshing to see a kind, positive,and educated representation of cats in media!

I can not recommend it more! 🙌

Do you live with cats or do the cats live with you 🤔

With indoor cats having enough for them to play, scratch, hide and explore is really important to me for my boys 🐈 🐈‍⬛

Their Christmas tree boxes get remade every year to give them winter entertainment. With a new set of boxes I can get my hands on. Have found gaffer tape is a must 😅 sellotape does not hold up enough for my boys 😬
