We are situated on the edge of Woodbury Common in a peaceful country setting, within easy reach of Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Exeter. We cater for all levels and abilities, young and not so young!! We offer lessons and hacks across the stunning Woodbury Common,along with Cream tea/Picnic and Pub rides. Pony days, week long courses and camps for both adults and children. Birthday parties also availiable.

Please ignore the road closed signs from the top of Dalditch lane.
You can reach us from that end.

The road is closed after us to the split in the hill (turn to tingtong) so if you come from the bottom, head up inner tingtong and then down from the top end. The road signs are not very clear!

Please allow time for your journey today. The road between Hulham Rd and where the marines cross was closed off due to an accident. Traffic is very busy on the back roads (this was at 10am this morning).

There was a road closed sign at the forestation roundabout at Clyst St George this morning saying no access to Woodbury so please allow extra time for a diversion.

Please note we have a Wedding function at Oak Lodge Friday 31st May.
You are still welcome to visit the cafe, which will be open for coffees, snacks etc, however, seating will be outside and limited. Thank you. 😊

A reminder that the Devon County Show starts today so the roads around Sandygate roundabout/ Clyst st Mary , and from Hidden oak towards exeter will be busier. Please allow extra time in your journey to reach us.
It's on today, Friday and Saturday so allow time !
(If you are really early you can enjoy a cake or more in the Oak Lodge Cafe!)
