How cute is adorable schnauzer puppy Maisie? She came in today for the first session of her puppy puppy grooming bundle, so we had a chitchat with her pawrents about grooming needs and how best to care for her coat!

Having to share this again to remind everyone of my policy! I have had a silly number of no shows this month, I know that things happen but please let me know!! I have a long cancellation list of people who would like an appointment, and I am turning people away daily because I just can’t fit them in. If this continues I will be forced to start charging everyone a deposit, this is not something I want to do.

Also any cancellation must be before 24hrs of the appointment so that I can try to fill the appointment. Late cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

🚨NO SHOWS!!🚨

I hate having to write this post as I usually don’t have a problem with no shows but over the last few weeks we have had high number of no shows. This in turn has a massive impact on the business and the ability function as well as we can.

People who don’t contact to say they can’t make it last minute or are running late will receive a message 10 minutes after your time of your appointment to say that you appointment is now cancelled. I will require 100% of the appointment cost to reschedule the appointment.

This is the same for many other groomers and small businesses. I appreciate everyone’s cooperation. If you need to cancel let me know as soon as possible and I can move your appointment ☺️

Try and provide as much shade as possible, especially for animals in outdoor cages and make sure fresh water is available at all times.

Some sad news to start the week. I’m heart broken to say that my Granny Pam passed away this weekend. She was one of my biggest cheerleaders for my whole life and she used to tell me how proud she was of me every time she saw me! I’m going to miss her so very much and so will Meg she loved going to visit her. 🐾

I maybe quiet for the next week or so, but I know she wouldn’t want me to stop doing what I love.

I will be in contact with anyone I might need to reschedule once we have a funeral date. Love you always Granny ❤️
